2021 Green Grand Prix at Watkins Glen International
Friday, April 9th, 2021
*Registration for this event is now closed*
Description: Join us for a full day at The Glen where you and your navigator will: drive around the track for 2 hours competing for a target average speed 45mph per lap and most efficient run, lunch, educational workshops, autocross, completed by a dinner in the Jack Daniels Club. For $100, you will be able to attend all events listed in the agenda below and secure two lunches and two dinners... I don't think there's a better way to spend $100 and a Friday.... insurance is also covered in the ticket! You will also be able charge your cars at the racetrack overnight if you want. They have over 10 RV outlets (NEMA 14-50) close to the Tech Garage that are 50 amp, and most likely 220 or 240 volts. 5 outlets are on the Tech Garage outside wall.
What's required: You must register by March 26th (use the link above to do so), you must have a navigator who is your passenger (if not, a student will be assigned to you), you and your navigator must have a helmet (if not, you can rent one at the track).
*No spectators are allowed, only active participants who are signed up, just the driver & navigator*
