Scheduled Charging issues after 2022.4.5.17 SW update ...

    I accepted the recent sw update 2022.4.5.17 for my 2021 Model  3 Performance and the scheduled charging does not seem to be working. Wether I select the departure or charge option on the APP or in the car, it will start charging a few minutes after I plug it into my home charger. I select the off peak charging to reduce energy cost and it seems to  just ignore it now.  I try to set the charge level down to 50% and while watching the app , it automatically bumps up to 70% all by itself.  No matter what I do the charge level goes back to 70% and starts charging until it hits that target.  I stop the  charge and it just starts charging again after a few minutes.  This is so weird and trying to schedule a service appt for this SW issue last week is putting me out to the end of April!  Not cool to wait 5 weeks, calling in tech support accomplishes nothing and they won't escalate on the phone, they just point me to the the app to schedule a service appt.  I tried resetting the car holding both buttons until Telsa logo appears, tried shutting car off for 5 minutes and still the problem is there.  Anyone else expereincing this?
