Easy to do at home. Stop by and we can do yours in 1 hr.

Richard, I'm looking at that second picture - is that copper anti-seize on your studs?

I drove by service station yesterday at lunch and lots of action and cars.  I would not wait on the rotation first time.  I waited to 12k and too late on my AWD Model 3.  My rears wore much faster than front and the fronts had bad toe in wear.  I have since had needed front end alignment done. (different thread) Easy to do rotation at home with one jack.

Thanks for the update on tire rotation Richard. I was just wondering what were mileage for 1st tire rotation. I had scheduled my tire rotation (7000 miles) couple of months ago at Henrietta location but they reached out suggesting tire rotation at 10-12 k mile. I am now at 10 k miles but thinking if i should wait couple of months and just go for winter tires ( I plan on purchasing winter tires and wheels set) or go for rotation now.

Also how much did they charge for tire rotation? I have heard numbers all the way from free first rotation to hundreds across all the forums, just curios whats the deal at Henrietta location.

1st Tire rotation.  Removed a hundred or more sharp stones / glass/ metal bits per tire. Essential preventative maintenance. Tire shops don't do this.

Any small shiny "dots" could be nails, brads.

Removed wheel well liners...de-salted, dried, and sprayed rustproof in nooks and crannies.  Too too  many subpanels, overlapping spot welded panels Elon! I predict that this will be a rust problem  if not rustproofed and closely monitored. I know of no rust proofing company that will do the job like this.

Just had my first visit here a week ago. The service is excellent. I was only in for a couple of minor things (a glovebox part and a charge port advisory) but they were super friendly and had me out in no time at all. They also had a box of NYS owners club cards at the front desk :)

Just had another GREAT experience at the Henrietta SC. I was in for axle click, the work included replacing a half axle in the front and lubricating/tightening the remaining three axles. The work took under an hour and the techs made sure I understood what they were doing.

I made my appointment via the mobile service email, with Wade taking great care of me as usual. Steve's back to doing mobile service, and there are now two techs working at the location, one out of Boston and one out of Mt. Kisco. It's staffed 5 days a week, although they are still training permanent employees for parts and admin and waiting on a tech to move down from another area.

I was also advised that Henrietta scheduling will be handled over email for at least a little while longer. When they opened sign ups through the app, they were overwhelmed with appointments and were scheduling well into October, so they decided to put it back on the DL until they have permanent staff. The good news is the Henrietta SC email should now be monitored regularly.

Final bit of news: they will start stocking snow tires at the location in October. The tech told me I would be able to drive up, buy tired on the spot, and have them mounted, both with and without a separate set of rims.

I'm at a loss :( I love this car but I can't even get a basic service like that done.

Before the Henrietta SC stopped being available in the app again, they were booking for late October. Someone inside Tesla that I spoke to was surprised they no longer show up. I don’t know what days they’re staffed now (was just Wednesdays and Thursdays earlier, but looks like they’re no longer running under mobile service), but you could try stopping by and asking them for suggestions. Otherwise, it’s Wexford or Toronto.

edit: Henrietta hours are currently listed as 9-3 Mon-Fri in the Tesla scheduling system and this SC is not available for self-scheduling.
